Medical Supply has a central organization comprising the Board of Directors  (BOD) which is the highest structure of  the organization. The Executive Committee whose members shall be elected and empowered by the Board of  Directors (BOD) to carry out the objectives of the organization as hereinafter provided for.  Other organization structures when deemed suitable will be determined by the Board of  Directors (BOD) and country-specific Executive Committee. Management staff shall be employed to carry out the policies or directions or decisions of the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Executive Committee.
